Once your order has been shipped, TouchedByT is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting Fedex/USPS directly regarding any delivery issues.

Due to the nature of our products, and for sanitary reasons TouchedByT does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are final. Pleas review all product descriptions, shipping details, and policies carefully before placing your order.

We take great care to ensure every bundle meets our quality standards before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tinab2104@gmail.com with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.
